It started operations since 1972 by family sole trade running business, it has made huge success over 40 years operating all over London. By the year 2016 the son of the family Mr Donald has restructured the business into a limited company and began expanding the business nationwide currently operation all over major towns and cities in England including the capital.

Gas compliance & Maintenance Facility Management

We provide immediate breakdown call out and planned maintenance services all over the UK. Our call center is open 24/7 to give our customers immediate service any time. In the past 4 years we have achieved an average gas & electric safety compliance of 99.93% across 27 major housing associations and local authorities.

Domestic Installations

24 B.M has been carrying out gas & electrical appliance installations within domestic properties for over 50 years. We also   carry out major planned projects, including several hundred properties at one time. Our solid business structure gives us the ability to deploy Project Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers, Commissioning Supervisors and Quality Assurance Engineers to deliver to the best standards.

Commercial & Industrial

Our Commercial & Industrial part of the company performs a vast range of jobs from minor commercial projects to larger size projects, Mainly schools and hospitals. Our design service enables seamless delivery from conceptual design through to installation and beyond.

Private Customers

24 B.M works with over 8500 an private landlords and hope owners. Some have been our customers for over 40 years.
