Gas compliance & Maintenance Facility Management

We provide rapid breakdown response and planned maintenance services throughout London and the South East. Our call centre is open 24 hours a day to give total customer peace of mind. We are proud to have achieved an average gas safety compliance of 99.96% across 23 major housing associations and local authorities in the last 12 months.

Domestic Installations

24BM Ltd has been carrying out central heating and boiler installations within domestic properties for over 50 years. We are equally comfortable carrying out individual installations or major planned projects, encompassing several hundred properties at one time. Our substantial infrastructure enables us to allocate Project Managers, Commissioning Supervisors, Tenant Liaison Officers and Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure delivery to the highest standards expected.

Commercial & Industrial

The Commercial and Industrial Division of the company carries out a wide range of works from small light commercial schemes to larger scale projects, including schools and hospitals. Our inhouse design service enables seamless delivery from conceptual design through to installation and beyond.
